# Flockr > Flockr is a real-time demand intelligence platform for retail e-commerce. It tracks live shopper signals on a retailer's storefront, renders signal-driven social proof messages across that storefront, and routes the same intelligence into the rest of the marketing stack — customer engagement platforms, ad platforms, customer data platforms, and data warehouses. Flockr is a B2B SaaS product sold to retail e-commerce teams. The platform is API-delivered and hosted by Flockr Limited (UK company number 13883505, registered in London). Customers integrate Flockr into their storefront via a JavaScript tag and into their downstream stack via standard patterns — webhooks, customer-record tags, hashed Customer Match lists, and partitioned Parquet on S3. The platform is delivered through three surfaces — an API, an operator portal, and an AI assistant — and organised internally as four functional layers. Substrate (Demand Intelligence and Cohorts) models every product and every shopper in real time. Engine (the selection engine and Signal AI) decides what gets surfaced and helps operators ask questions of live data. Activation (Social Proof Messaging on the storefront, plus integrations to outbound channels) is where the intelligence becomes visible to shoppers or downstream tools. Measurement (two-group attribution and the Portal & Analytics) reports defensible commercial impact. A going-live deployment is the engagement model that connects the four layers — not a layer in itself. Every customer engagement includes a contractual minimum 8× return on Flockr's licence fee, measured continuously against the customer's own attribution data. The fee is sized during a 14-day onboarding period against the customer's real catalogue — not from a public rate card. ## Platform - [Platform overview](https://www.flockr.co/platform/overview): The full platform map — three delivery surfaces (API, portal, assistant) across four functional layers, and how each component fits together - [Social Proof Messaging](https://www.flockr.co/platform/social-proof-messaging): Real-time messages on the storefront computed from live demand. Eight storefront surfaces, seventeen message types, eleven signal families. - [Demand Intelligence](https://www.flockr.co/platform/demand-intelligence): The substrate — every product modelled live across five lifecycle states: just launched, discovering, trending new, declining new, and established - [Cohorts](https://www.flockr.co/platform/cohorts): Audiences grouped by what shoppers actually do — seven named cohorts including scarcity responders, momentum shoppers, and cart abandoners with context - [Engine](https://www.flockr.co/platform/engine): How a message gets selected — a seven-stage pipeline with documented latency budgets running on every storefront page load - [Signal AI](https://www.flockr.co/platform/signal-ai): A demand analyst, not a chatbot. Plain-language queries against live demand data, grounded in current portal state. - [Attribution & Conversion](https://www.flockr.co/platform/attribution-conversion): Session-level two-group attribution — product-scoped and browse-only — reported as an honest upper bound rather than a causal claim. The licence-fee return is calibrated against a randomised 50/50 holdout run once during onboarding; the ongoing figure is observational by construction and explicit about its limits. - [Portal & Analytics](https://www.flockr.co/platform/portal-analytics): The operator's window onto the engine. Seven portal pages — Home, Analytics, Realtime, Settings, Demand, Messages, Conversion & Attribution — plus a persistent Signal AI panel. ## Integrations - [Integrations overview](https://www.flockr.co/platform/integrations/overview): Six destination categories crossed with three data-movement mechanisms (events, lists keyed on identifiers, partitioned Parquet). Designed to layer in, not replace. - [Commerce platforms](https://www.flockr.co/platform/integrations/commerce): The only bidirectional Flockr integration. Reads inventory and order signals; writes cohort tags back to customer records, which cascade through every app in the merchant's stack. Shopify, BigCommerce, commercetools, Salesforce Commerce, Magento. - [Customer engagement](https://www.flockr.co/platform/integrations/customer-engagement): Real-time email and SMS triggered by Flockr cohort transitions. Cart abandonment with scarcity context, browse abandonment with momentum, lifecycle flows that fire when demand changes. Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, Iterable, BlueCore, Mailchimp, HubSpot. - [Customer data platforms](https://www.flockr.co/platform/integrations/customer-data-platforms): Flockr as a source in the customer's existing CDP. Cohort events route through the CDP's destination map to every downstream tool. Segment, mParticle, RudderStack, Tealium. Composable CDPs (Hightouch, Census) also supported via the warehouse path. - [Ad platforms](https://www.flockr.co/platform/integrations/ad-platforms): Demand cohorts as paid audiences — seed acquisition with Customer Match, retarget directly, exclude where impressions waste. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft Advertising. - [Data warehouses](https://www.flockr.co/platform/integrations/data-warehouses): Partitioned Parquet on S3, ingested natively. Snowflake (Snowpipe), BigQuery (Data Transfer), Redshift (COPY / Spectrum), Databricks (Auto Loader). No proprietary connectors. - [Custom & developer](https://www.flockr.co/platform/integrations/custom-developer): Three primitives — CloudEvents-shaped webhooks, GraphQL and REST APIs, bulk Parquet on S3 — for everything Flockr's native connectors don't cover. ## Commercial - [Pricing](https://www.flockr.co/pricing): Three tiers (Demand, Demand Plus, Demand Enterprise), all custom-quoted, all carrying the contractual 8× minimum return on licence fee — measured against the customer's own attribution data and sized during onboarding against their real catalogue. - [Contact](https://www.flockr.co/contact): Six routable department emails (sales, customer support, partnerships, press, careers, security) plus two ways to start a conversation - [Book a call](https://www.flockr.co/book): A 30-minute demo with a Flockr engineer, or a 20-minute discovery call. No prep needed, no sales sequence afterwards. ## Company - [Company](https://www.flockr.co/company): About Flockr — the company behind the platform ## Reference - [Glossary](https://www.flockr.co/glossary): 92 plain-language definitions covering demand intelligence, social proof messaging, attribution, signal families, cohorts, and ecommerce terminology.
